Small Books, Big Message

New Series: “Small Books, Big Message”

October 20 – November 24, 2019

Throughout the history of the Hebrew people and on into the early church, many people put ink on paper to record the workings of God. Some wrote historical accounts, others poetry, while others passed on words of wisdom and instruction, and some shared a prophetic message. This collection of writings that we call the Bible were not just thrown together, but each book underwent intense scrutiny to determine authorship, authenticity, and accuracy. A few of these books are tiny, tucked away, rarely quoted, and often forgotten.

During these next few weeks leading up to Advent, we will examine these small books and the big message they convey.
